1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting

  • Minor print or handmade variations

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect selection of product, size, or design

These variations are natural and not considered defects.

3. Return Approval Process

To request a return, customers must email our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of packaging

Returns without approval will not be accepted.

4. Resolution

Once approved and the product is received, Fabritual will provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
